2015 6.7 turbo lag

I just installed SCT X4 w/******** tunes, No Limit EGR del, and 4" FLOPRO dp back exhaust. Now after a cold start it is a complete turd until it's warmed up, then it's great. Is this normal or did I do something wrong when replacing the parts, or what?

You need to unplug the e g r butterfly valve... Had the same problem and that fixed it completely. Its the orange plug in the picture.

Thanks for posting this. I had the same issue, my valve was still plugged in. Unplugging it did the trick!
