3 inch shackle and hanger lift

Im Looking at ordering a PMF shackle and hanger lifit for my 2002. What else do you need to buy with a 3inch lift besides a track bar? DO I need longer sway bars and brake lines? and what size rear block? anything else? Thanks Hunter

You would also want an adjustable track bar and longer shocks. Stock brake lines will work just fine. Extended sway bar links would be a good idea but not mandatory. For the truck to size with a very slight rake, I would run a 4" rear block.

OK appreciate the help! Would the bash bar you go sell be needed with a 3inch lift?

Not needed but would stiffen the frame and prevent frame flex if the truck sees offroad use.
