38r and EBPV delete?

Im putting a 38r on this weekend with deleted pedestal. Since I'm deleting pedestal, will have to delete the butter fly valve. What size freeze plug do I need to plug the whole from the butterfly valve on the exhaust side.

alright found out it's the same as the obs. 20mm freeze plug should work great. If I'm wrong please correct me.

Sounds right if I remember correctly. GO for it that thing is useless anyway..

Yeah I deleted it on OBS, not much difference just no more oil leaks from pedestal. Can't wait for 38r though, going to be fun little setup

EBay had some cheaper ebpv delete pedestals.

I used a 19mm in my OBS and secured it in place with a snap ring.
