4.5'' Lift with 22in SuperSingles?

Anyone ever done it? My dad's been on me lately about trying to find him some wheels for his 6.7 CC that look like the classic semi wheels like the American Force 22in SuperSingles. Only problem is the only size you can get them in is 22x11.75/12.25 so they'd end up stuck out a ton for stock height I'd think. He's not much on lifts, or having the wheels stick out a ton, but I think I can talk him into a 4.5.

I'm thinking to keep it looking clean it needs to have 4.5'' lift, the 22in Super Singles with about 35''? What do y'all think, or does anyone have pics of a similar setup?

I don't think theyd fit with a 4.5 lift bc the width.
Check out trucktoyz site, they have a couple of pictures with them on some 08-10 model trucks.

Yes they will. At least on an 05. Can't imagine the 11's would be worse.

Have you seen it done with a smaller lift? If so got anypictures or could ya see if you could get some...?

Smallest I've seen was a 4.5" lift and 35" tires. Keep in mind the rims are 12.25" wide and even with a 37/13.50/22 the sidewall is almost straight up and down (no bulge at all).

Im willing to bet it could be done. Thats plenty of lift for 35's and those wheels really arent to terribly wide. Id probably run 13.5 wides just for the extra sidewall.
