I have a 2000 250ecsb with 210,000 miles. I have a brand new 6l trans cooler to put in, what do I need to install as in fittings and lines? It may be too late but I have it and it couldn't hurt. It's getting to 180 pulling our 30ft camper and puked out the front once last summer but it has been fine ever since. only gets hot on steep hills.

The 6.0 Cooler has much bigger lines. I bought a 90 degree brass fitting and some brass threaded nipples to push line onto. I think cooler side was 1/2 or 3/8 and the line side was 1/4 or 5/16 iirc...

The cooler bolts in directly in place of the stock cooler. Same holes, same hardware.
I used 1/2" hose at the cooler, and adapted to the 3/8" lines on the transmission side.
