6.0 dropping boost

Got one that's throwing me for a loop.

06. Manual. Egr gone.

The customer installed new Ford map, new ebp sensor(Dorman).

Rowing through gears you lose boost. It just drops.

I found the ebp tube was plugged. Blew it out. It ran great. Few weeks go by, it's back same Thing.

I find his ebp koeo is 6psi. Install new sensor. Now ebp is OK, I won't say perfect.

Same Thing. I put a new garret on it 2 years ago, don't think that's the issue.

I want to say it even over boosts as I've seen 29.9 psi on map

All over the place. Will get specifics tomorrow but it will drop to 14.99 sometimes.

All over the place. Will get specifics tomorrow but it will drop to 14.99 sometimes.

My guess is you’ve possibly got a boost leak opening up, or an exhaust leak. What’s all done to the truck? Tuned, egr, exhaust?
