They are replacement springs. Just pop the old ones off and pop the new ones on.

I don't believe so. RCD sells the springs as 6.0/6.4 but lists the pushrods separate. I am willing to sell just the springs if you're interested.

6.0 pushrods are slightly longer than 6.4 pushrods.
