I read where a lot of guys are replacing their stock fuel pump when experiencing fuel pressure drop.

Question is:
Are yall changing out the whole pump/filter assembly with a new Motorcraft unit, or are you just changing out the pump cartridge with something off of Rockauto, Etc. ?

I would do a fuel lab or something similar. You wont see any issues later if you step up injectors. As far as stock goes, replace the whole deal from motorcraft.

Thanks for the info. I've built a few full systems for my other trucks, just didn't know if I could get by with a $100 stock style cartridge pump for this 6.0 for a while. I'll throw a Walbro on it before I spend $350 on a new motorcraft pump.
