6.4 3" cold side pipe and cfm+ intake elbow

Bought these off of Corbin a couple months ago, and never got around to installing them, just sold my 6.4 so time to sell them .

Powder coated black, I believe they are both from rudys, the cfm+ has the adapter plate. $250 shipped? Let me know if I'm right on the price. Will consider trades for 6.0 stuff, just let me know what you have.
