6.4 tapping only when cold

So I have 1000 miles on a full build all the good parts and noticed that the motor taps lightly from 30 degrees to 80 degrees of water temp... I finished the build in the summer when it was in the 80s so never noticed it till it got colder. It completely goes away as soon as it gets to 80 degrees, any one have this happen to them.

It tried standyne fuel treatment and it got a little better. Which I will be running unless I find something better.

Run oil analysis to peak at fuel dilution.
