6.7 egr full delete or block off plates ??

I'm going to do either the delete or block off plates on my 6.7 mainly to read egts and was curious should I just do the plates or just go ahead and do the full delete ?

if you like reliability and way more room under the hood, do the whole delete. i did and wouldnt have it any other way.
