I'm selling it because I have both this and a H&S mini maxx and I use the mini maxx more often.

It will work on a 6.4 for gauges. If you want to tune your 6.4 you would have to pay the relicense fee.

Unless something has changed, spartan still hasn't offered tuning for the 13s yet.

Sorry, I didn't reply earlier, my phone hasn't been sending me notifications, but as BK39 said, no it will not work on a '13 as far as I know.
