6" to 8" lift

I have a 06 f259 with the fabtech stage 2 radius arm 6" lift with duel shocks front and rear and ladder bars. I'm wanting to go to a 8" lift now can I just get new coil springs and rear blocks to make it 8"

Yup. I went from a 6" to 8 with spacers front and rear
