7.3 injector problem

hi new here have big problem could yall help me please 7.3 p1316&1271 code replaced #1 injector twice with new thought 1st one bad so got another not that so new uvch ;idm; have continuity ohms3.0 to 3.1 been messing with this thang for 5 days know how to do something but ca"nt figure this out to save my but

drivers side valve cover where harnes lays over it.. check for worn wire.

I did didn't see anything ohm out 42 pin to vc got 3.0
