7.3 ts 6 po chip not working

does anybody have any suggestions as to what is the matter? i was driving home and it stopped working. it doesnt work on any of the settings. any help would be nice. thanks guys

It stopped working or stopped running? The chip being non-effective could be another problem. Explain the what its doing.

1. Turn the truck off.
2. Remove the keys and place them in your pocket.
3. Remove the chip.
4. Check the connections, make sure they are good and clean.
5. Reinstall chip.
6. Restart truck.

If this does not resolve your problem, contact your tuner.

ok. every setting on the chip doesnt work. it just stays at stock power on every setting

Do what Arisley says and go from there. Sounds like a bad connection. I had one that had corroded just a enough to quit. I removed and cleaned with the same piece of scotchbrite I used a year before to install.

What is your first setting? If your switch is bad it will default to that

so thaat could be the problem also. the chip seems to be loose in the computer

My money is on a bad switch. Had a similar issue a few months back. If the switch dies it will revert back to tune #1, or in your case stock.
I sent mine back to TS and they sent the chip back with a new switch a couple weeks later, free of charge.
