The only way to really know is to own both. I've had experiences with both the 6.0 and 7.3 (8 different trucks). I'de go with the 7.3 because they are fun and reliable chipped. Not the fastest but still fun. With the 6.0 if you wanna go fast be prepared to spend some cash to keep it on the road and outta the shop.
