Is the truck coughing smoke everywhere? If so, glowplugs, if not, don't waste your time.

Yes when I crank it after it has been sitting overnight and I don't have it plugged in it will belch a ton of smoke so my guess is that the glow plugs are my problem. Once I get them replaced I'll let everyone know how it goes. Thanks for all the help!
