96 7.3 almost complete for parts

Tell me what you need and I'll see if I have it. The injectors have 53k, AA codes with new orings. I installed them last week and the motor ended up having a cracked piston so it never ran with them. VC gaskets and valve covers are good, Hpop is good. Tell me what you need. HPOP IPR will need to be cleaned for sure.
