96 F-250 Part out...

Jumping the gun a bit as I will not have it in hand until tuesday but...

I am keeping the motor and maybe the seats, everything else is up for grabs...

Truck has 156,000 miles on it, never been chipped or tuned, bone stock.

Let me know what you guys might need.

Joe I need everything to mount the a tailgate. I'll find a tailgate locally but I need the hinges on the bottom, the posts that screw into the bedsides, the wires that hold onto the tailgate and everything like that.. except the assembly in the tailgate lol.. let me know

Tailgate is straight, but I didnt lower it to insure the stuff is good. I will let you know early next week.

For a complete setup to convert to a ZF (floor pan, trans cross member, pedal setup, clutch slave cylinder, etc) with transfer case, I would ask $500-750. Do you know the condition of the ZF?

I would pay up to $750 for the complete setup if I knew the synchros were good.

Rear axle appears fine. Once I can get a good daylight shot I will let you know. Dont know the ratio yet.
