99 7.3 still forged rods?

I was wondering if the 99 7.3 still have the forged rods?

01 is when they switched to pmr's even though some 01's still had forged rods

that is if the motor has not been changed,, we have seen members with 01 and 02 trucks with the early 99 turbo on them..

back in the day guy's would loose motors..most likely pmr's let go..they get a good price on a complete motor and just drop it in not knowing there is a difference in the E99 motor..or the next person to buy truck has no clue as to what they have...i still see complete E99 motors for sale in the classifieds quite often..
