Not the UVC harnesses or plugs, not the PCM or IDM or any of the sensors under the hood. Changed them all except the MAP sensor

I have tried 3 different CPS. Someone said there is a crank sensor. Is that true?

I have completely inspected the harnesses for chaffing or bad connections and nothing wrong with any of them.

I've never heard of them. Imo it's a tuning or injector issue.

They have been around a long time. Most of their work is a new alliant power with an EH nozzle. They are quite pricey so they are not all that commonly used.

What happened to your truck when the chip was in your buddies truck? Did you run it with NO tuning?

I would try removing that. I have seen the electronic ones do some funky things. The mechanical regulators are much better.

Nope, no crank sensor. Make sure you are using a Ford or International CPS.

Since he put the chip and injectors into another truck and it does not experience the same issue, I doubt it is a problem with the tuning or injectors.

Try putting your buddies PCM in your truck, and see if that helps.

Tried many PCM's and that's not it. Also tried a new ford MAP SENSOR, not it either.

Have you ran your truck with no chip at all installed? Truck will still run the single shot injectors. If it still does it, I would look for a cracked injector cup.
