Abs

Hey guys so my abs light popped on today and can't figure out why. If I turn the truck off and back on its gone until I start moving. Any thoughts or general solutions to this? I have a 1997 7.3 f250

Bad sensor in the front. Not really sure how to troubleshoot that or if a scanner would be able to tell you which side it's on though.

My first instinct is also ABS sensor.

I have not had an ABS sensor out on my 7.3, but have on 2 other vehicles- the ABS/brake light was always on if the key was on, not just after I started moving.
