well i have been experinceing fuel psi drops for some time now.
i was thinking i may have a failed/collapsed filter
i removed water sepreator and filter off my ad2
visual inspection no problem found
so i filled my filters with diesel and started truck and backed off rack
my fuel psi guage never moved
so i pulled secondary fuel filter cap turned key on
no fuel psi and nothing in bowl.
i was not happy. so i listened to ad2 it sounded like marbles in a folgers can
so i hooked up stock fuel pump.
i removed my ad2
took apart
the ony thing i found was the geroter gear ring has been eating away the alluminuem case.

is there a re build kit?
or am i up **** creek?:fustrate::fustrate:

Well I could be wrong but I thought they had a lifetime warrenty for the original purchaser.

I had the same thing happen to mine in less than a year after installing it except my motor completely locked up. I called them and then sent me a new motor and pump assembly.

did you make sure you filled your filters to the VERY top? if I don't do that with my FASS, the pump won't prime and you won't show any pressure.

Yeah call airdog up and they should be able to do something for you.

Yea I agree with what was said above. I had the same thing happen to my airdog. i just called them up and they sent me a new one. Hope that helps.

I was not original purchaser so I can't get it for free

Id say bite the bullet and pay the 175 then fill out the warranty card and send it in so you wont have this issue again. Just a suggestion bud.
