Almost New Toyo M/T 35x12.50/20

I have an almost new set of Toyo open country mt's that have less than 4k on them. Size 35x12.50/20. These came off my dads truck, he went up to a 37 and doesn't want these sitting around. They are perfect. The tires are located in 17517 but I live in central PA, so I can arrange to have tires at either place if someone is serious. I would like to not ship them if possible. He's asking $1150 obo.

I live in 17870 highest I can go is 750 for used tires. 4k miles on a 20k mile tire is 1/5 of its life.
