Another head gasket question.

Thanks for all the input. Think shortblock is the way I want to go. Rather not have a bastard bottom end in it. Anyone got any recommendations as far as getting a short block or a good dependable motor to put in?

Ford. LOL 3 year warranty on it and they take anything as a core.

Last long block I did has been out 3 times for oil leaks under warranty at Ford, no cost to my customer.

I've got a complete 05 motor from fan to oil pan, turbo etc. already studded and egr deleted. 107k on it, ran great just the truck rolled. pm me if interested.

Fords engines are costly, but you are paying for a 3 year 100k IIRC. work can be done at any Ford dealer also. They pay us to do their warranty on some trucks due to the sheer volume of parts we buy from them
