Any ideas what this sound could be

Apparently the sound can not be heard in my video so heres a description.. there is a knock at idle and will speed up a lil with the rpm on acceleration.. i just had some time today to mess with the truck. Upon initial startup today the there was no present knock. The truck was purring like a kitten like normal.. Took the truck out on a lil test drive with AE and when i got into the pedal and slowed down to turn around the knock was again present.. went back home and buzzed the injectors.. no problems there.. restarted the truck and it was nice and quiet like it should be.. only under power/acceleration does the knock appear.. im planning on going to DI in houston on monday to get it sorted out...
