...swap the front bumper valance off a later job truck onto my job 1? I wouldn't think there would be any differance other than length but thought I'd ask before I went hunting for one.

I wouldn't think so either but it's one of those things that is just dumb enough to have different mounting clips or something and piss me off.

BTW: What brand are the rims on your truck - I like that style but want them in black.

There's no difference. I swapped my job 3 one out for the shorter job 1. Same hardware.
