Anybody Know This Part?

Does anybody know this part? and the ford part # for it? Also do I need it if I have a EGR delete? Sorry I sound N00bish LOL. Part #9 in the photo. Trying to get the FX4 fixed and get it sold.

Looks like the egr cross over pipe.

That is the pipe that comes off the up pipe and feeds the EGR coolers, it depends on which EGR delete you have but most have the block off plate on that pipe so that the EBP tube can screw into it like stock.

So to delete it all I need to do is relocate the EBP sensor?

Yep or leave it in place and put the blocker plate where the egr coolers used to be.
