I like it. But i think if you tint the lights and tone the front down just a little it would be a whole different look.

What did you want it to look like?

If the silver is different the painter is gonna have to 're-paint(probably never match) or redo your two tone, which will match your bumpers.

I'm not a painter. So take this however you will. Paintcodes don't mean anything definitive. Hell are you sure there was only one? Not only that but his paintgun will atomize differently than the manufacturer's and if somebody else would have painted it, different too.

I did exactly what you are doing to an stx ranger back in the day. Wound up having to.get the bumpers repainted. The front one looked Brownish. I had him repaint the bumper three times and finally said screw it just paint all of it so it.matches.

My buddy even went so.far as to spray four of the six colors available to compare and its amazing the difference amongst dark metallic grey paints.

I thought it might be sound advice given my experience. I'd honestly just paint over the old silver so it matches.

I always wait a week or so after a change to see what I like and it helps to figure out what is really bugging ya.

I believe when you say it doesn't.match but how.bad is it?

I mean its close, and some people say they don't notice. But im a bit of a perfectionist so it bothers me. The bumpers seem tobhave more grey in the while the truck has more white if that makes sense

Im having the truck clayed and buffed tomorrow so may've that will help a bit. We will see I guess

yea I plan to pulls those off and get the red stuff powdered black. I forget about the fx4 stickers I don't even notice them

Maybe some black rattle can love for the billet inserts in the grill too.

From that pic it looks like the bumpers match the fender flairs and not the rocker panels. Probably the lighting.
