bad mileage

It doesn't matter what tune I load this thing still won't do better than 16 mpg. Any suggestions?

City, highway, combo? Mine won't even show better than 15 in town and actually gets about 14-14.5. It was showing 18 and hand calc was 17.6 on the race tune (this was 80-100+ driving like an idiot). I ran the race a bit after that and had it showing 19.6, but had to load the tow tune. Once I stop playing both might go up a bit. Will see.

I just loaded the street tune to try it out. Been on race tune and showed 15.6 in town but got on the road to see my family and it went lower.

Trade me your truck for my 08 6.4.. Gets 15-16 city and 17-19 highway.. LOL

Wow, that sounds odd. Mine seems to like 75-80 better than 65-75 as far as mileage. I haven't driven it enough to really know. Street improved my city mileage about 1mpg. I get too happy with the stupid peddle to run hot street or race in town.

what year is the truck op?

i set the cruise at 90 mph across Canada this trip home from buffalo and i stayed between 17 and 18mpg.. pip performance tune.

I'm running the Race Tune currently on my '15 and with average driving, little city/stop and go and I'm getting 18.3-18.8 on average. I'm also an extended cab short box with 3.55's.
