A couple of weeks ago I had a rough idle. Replaced the CPS with a gray one from O'rielly. It fixed the rough idle but a new problem arose. When I start my truck I have tO wait for the WTS light to go off or else when it starts it will go up to about 600rpms then immediately die. Even if the truck is warm and been running for a while it will still do this. Could it be the gray CPS? I have heard that they are not very good, so should I replace it with a black one? Any other thoughts or ideas?

It's not the fact that the CPS is grey so much as it isn't from Ford or International. Parts house CPS's have been known to cause all kinds of issues.
