Ok truck is running pretty good except a couple glitches.

- fuel temp sensor
So when we did the DIY fuel system we didn't add a fuel bowl delete block. So the sensor in the fuel bowl is unplugged. My question is, will this effect/hurt anything? Does the tuning of the engine depend on the sensor at all?

- regulated return
We didn't install a regulated return, my theory was that the check valve we left in the return system would act as a regulator of sorts because it takes X amount of psi to open the check valve. But in the higher tunes I'm getting a fluttering in the throttle under light acceleration. The rail pressure doesn't flutter though.

It will make the fan run at low rpm with the sensor unplugged

Just plug the sensor in and let it read ambient temperature, that's the easy fix

Went to the track tonight and kinda dissapointed...

13.08 is the best I could get outa her weighing in at about 7750. Which right on par with what it ran before the biuld. Figured with the 60s and the batmos I should pick up a lil bit. Did some datalogging at the same time..... everything seems to normal, holding 25k of rail pressure at 2.2 pw, 51psi booosht, tc isnt slipping, egts maxing at just over 1600, Fuel mass desired 143, touque converter 976. What do you guys think?http://i1103.photobucket.com/albums...-A85E-5F50BE8E9BB6-14752-00000800CB2ADB34.jpg

You definitely should be able to get more than that. I ran a 12.94@102 with at least another 500 lbs and less mods. You should also be able to get your 60' down a little bit.

Yeah, wasnt hooking for chit, couldn't launch it over 1850 or it would hop. Running 34" terra grapplers at 35psi to start, air them down to 25 hoping for more bit with no luck.

Whose tuning are you running man. I ran 12.4 with identical truck minus the fuel mods.

Eric's ex-x, was next time I head up ill run the ex- race and see what's up. Honestly I think my visor is holding me back alot, crazy amount of drag, it needs to go.

In the big scheme of things, the visor isn't costing you THAT much, other than in the looks department.

I still like the look of it. :flipa:

But to ride on the highway in another 6.4 truck vs my visor truck, the wind noise is horrible, so it definitely creating some drag. But my thing is adding 60s, wheel and gaining nothing.
