Since I'm finishing up my motor build soon and installing new pump and injectors, I have been thinking about fuel systems and ways to protect the new injectors in the event of another pump failure.
Everything currently is been cleaned and/or replaced from the tank to the fuel rails also. Truck is staying with stock injectors and no dual fuellers at all.
What's the best aftermarket setup for filtration and regulation of fuel? Don't want to have a pump failure in the future and tear stuff up again.
I see where Sideaction's setup claims to filter all debris ack to tank and not to Injectors. Is that truly even possible? What about Elite's kit? Does it do h same thing when when doing their regulator up top? Midwest see to have a setup on their website and I don't see it anymore. Any others that would be recommended?
No I haven't called anyone yet. 1st trying to find out who to call! Not exactly excited about spending even more money on it, but I want it the best it possibly can be on 1st start up. It'll be zero miles with nearly everything new so I'm thinking 'why not'.
Just not sure who to call or what to look for when not going with duals, big injectors, or big turbo...
