Black fuel tank door. Came off of my 1999 F-150, but also fits F-250 and F-350. Fits 1999-2010 Super Dutys. In good shape with no scratches, dents, or dings. Hasn't been outside on a truck since, oh, 2004ish. :thumbsup:
