alright guys thanks for the all the help i ended up going with a remanufactured engine thats bored .20 over and already studded. but about the turbo situation, what would you guys recommend i want something easily streetable, still leaves the ability to tow even though i dont that often. and im leaning towards a vgt due to the spool up and the fact that i love whistle. still undecided about keeping the 205's and cutting fuel a bunch or going to 175's or something. i dont want to blow another engine or my trans so im probably looking at something smaller possibly a powermax a rcd or elite modded powermax or maybe something from mtw

Sounds like a lot of money for a truck you were thinking about parting out.
We can usually do a very affordable good used long block installed for a few thousand.

contacted barder im between a stage 1.5 and a stage 2. leaning towards the 2. now gotta get some injectors to support it. anyone want to buy some 205's
