Bluetooth Issue

I have having an issue with my 2022 F250 Apple Carplay/bluetooth. When making a call, everyone says that they can barely hear me. I have looked on Google for every possible way to solve this issue. Anyone else had this issue or have any insight before taking it to the dealer? Iphone 14 X Pro

Have not had this issue, only very random freezing apps like Waze through car play.
Is this a constant issue?
Did you take it in?
Do you have your over the air updates on?

Yes it is a constant issue. have not contacted the dealer, not ready to deal with their BS yet. Yes updates are on. My friend is having the random freezing and they are installing a new unit in his.
