Boost leak causing low power possibly?

I have a small hole in my intercooler boot coming from the turbo. Would this small leak cause low numbers? Boost still goes to 35 psi, but with the. Boost leak isn't the turbo just compsating for the leaking boost?

You're down anywhere from 3-4psi on the top end. I see 39psi peak according to the cts. Not sure how much power *hp/tq* you'd lose with that... I assume you're asking just to ask, not that you went and got it dyno'd and found the leak after?

My truck felt down on power, I thought it was my hpfp or transmission slipping, but after finding that leak I'm excited to see what difference it makes..
