Borg Warner s467.7FMW

Hey guys just looking for a little input. Currently looking to upgrade my turbo. I have 190/75. I was looking at KC 68 VGT but I might make the switch to non vgt for future. I don't know how the 467 FMW will respond with the 190/75. Any input would be great. I do sled pull with the truck. Thanks :ford:

fmw 64.5 would better suit your fuel without the extra lag

I have a couple customers running the 467.7 with a .90 housing and it compares to the spool up that a 366 has. On the street it is going to be a little slow to spool but not terrible. Most guys running that charger are running bigger nozzle injectors in the 225cc and up variety. What do you do with the truck besides the occasional sled pull, tow a lot?

A 400 isn't really needed with 190/75s. A 367.7 would be my choice.

Like Swinky said... 190/75s and a KC68 or S366 are a pretty good match.

If you go with a 467 then you might want to add a little more fuel to take advantage of the bigger turbo.

Yeah I'm planning on running a 255/100 with a 467. The 366 seems to be a spot on March for 190s as far as non vgt goes.

Ya I was just thinking bigger turbo for future when I upgrade the injectors. I'll probley end up going with KC 68

I'd def go with a 467.7 FMW....already said but I'd go with a bigger injector.

not to derail but how would a 467.7 drive with 285/100's? smokey? hot? hard to light on the street?

I'm running a 467.7 on my truck right now. 205/75s laggy but it has a 1.10 housing on it. Great turbo but the 367.7 would meet your needs better!

How much more of a bigger injector? What other supporting mods would i need? I'm not looking to put Pistons and Rods in it at this moment lol :fordoval:

I have not. It's really impressed me though with these little 190s. went [email protected] the other night. Should have no problem hitting 12.40s with the new intercooler and a little bit better 60.

255/100 and a 467 with a .90 housing would be a great setup if you have enough hpo.
