Hi all,
I just bought my '01 F350 7.3 Powerstroke (270k miles) about 3 months ago. I've never owned a Powerstroke, a diesel, or even a truck before, so this is a very new experience for me.
Unfortunately, my story begins with a bit of heartache. I had the truck for about a month before my HPOP started squirting oil, and the truck would barely run. I haven't given up yet, (even after trying to fix it myself and making some mistakes), but I've learned a lot more about this engine than I ever thought I would in 3 months of ownership. I still love the truck... But I'll love it even more when it's back on its feet (tires).
