I got a 2006. Had it bullet proofed and ******d new oil cooler put in and a SCT live wire installed.

Everything was fine for the first 5 months or so. Was towing one day and my radiator took a rock or something. Anyway I had a friend get me one from Advance Auto since everyone else was closed on Sunday. Replaced it and it worked fine for the first week. Was towing a week later and my temp spikes to 235/240ish let off the gas it comes back down. Pull over and fluid has puked out the degas tank. Top it off and it does this a few more times while under a load. Get back to town and we start checking it out and come to find out the radiator advance sells for a 6.0 is a two core. Its way smaller than the OEM Ford one. I swap the radiator to the OEM one, I install a new degas tank, new cap, new water pump, new T stat and hoses. I replaced the whole damn coolant system.

It still pukes out the degas tank. Doesn't leak anywhere else. The degas tank is clean no oil or fuel in it. Does anybody out there have any idea what in the hell could be going on here?

Does it puke under normal driving conditions? Put a Gauge inline with the 3/8 return hose coming from the motor to the degas bottle and if it gets over 18psi then it's head gaskets

Rarely will it puke under normal conditions. Normally only when under a load or when I'm getting on it.

Cracked head and head gasket has been kicked around but it's not showing the oil/fuel mixing signs of such.

Oil and coolant will rarely mix in diesels when they have a blown head gasket or a cracked head. The compression ratio combined with the boost pressure generally overcomes the cooling system pressure and will force combustion gasses into the cooling system, especially if it only does it under a load when the boost is coming on and the combustion pressure is high. They sell kits to check for combustion gasses in the cooling system at most parts stores, and the way kwelch08 stated works well, also. Could also have a warped head/ deck surface.

No matter how good a job whoever did the head gaskets did, if it got hot when the radiator went it could have easily warped/cracked a head or blew a gasket.

Mine started puking shortly after doing studs and gaskets but the shop did not prep the block correctly and it would puke around 3k rpms. Run a gauge off the hose coming from the motor to the degas bottle and see what kind of pressure you are getting, iirc if it's over 18psi the HG are shot. I've been exactly where you are and I know it sucks.
