C&C 6.4 idling high

I have a 08 6 speed C&C 6.4 here that is idling anywhere from 1300-1700 rpms. It will not go down at all. Just wants to maintain 1500 at all times, between shifts, etc. First thing I monitored was all exhaust sensors. They all checked out fine. I couldnt find any sensor reading absurd. When I do a KOER test I'm getting 6 cruise control codes, p1725, P0703, and p0704.

Just curious if anyone has encountered this issue and looking for opinions on where to look next?

It doesn't work. I'm now getting a p1531 (invalid test - accelerator pedal movement) after another self test.

That might be the root cause. Faulty throttle position sensor.

Well I haven't brought it back out on the highway to check cruise control again but I got it to idle down by pulling the accelerator pedal up. Went right to 750 and I can't get it to stick again. Weird. It was stuck at 2%. Should've tried that before I made a thread... :doh: just didn't think it'd be as simple as it was.
