If the heads are off, I would do lifters and rockers....they are cheap insurance.
It sounds like you are going to, but definitely exh manny and up pipes. If you are definitely going to do a WG, I would recommend Tial.
IMO, you can't call a 6.4 reliable without pistons. Many of us get away with stock ones, but there are also a lot of failures.

I haven't had a chance to go thru every reply im sneaking this post at work LOL
im definitely doing waterpump, lifters , rockers and wanted to do upgraded pistons as well I have read way too much on cracked pistons with the 6.4 not to in good conscience do them
