Can I remove drivers' IC tube without pulling radiator?

Just like the title says. Can I remove the drivers' side intercooler tube without pulling a whole bunch of other things?

If you cut it yes. If you want to reuse the current one no. Also to put it back in you have to remove parts unless you buy the no limit hot side pipe.
