Can stock sensor be used for Cts2 EGT Probe ??

Wondering if one of the factory egt sensors can be relocated to the block off plate and ran back to its original place on the harness ? Then Use one of the factory egt parameters (pre / post doc etc. ) on the cts2 to view it ? In a truck with a Jenny Craig tune perhaps these sensors need to stay Unplugged ? Just a thought ...

I removed a sensor from my exhaust and put it in the plate thinking thats all I needed....the probe maxes out at 415° on theCTS2.....soooooo I needed an edge probe.

Apparently the CTS2 can't read the stock probe like the MM can.

You need the Edge probe, they won't let you read the factory probe.

They don't want the factory probe to work because then they cannot sell theirs . Nice huh? .

And the edge probes suck ass. I have multiple buddies that have gone through multiple probes that when they fail, read over 2k degrees all the time.
