has the reasoning been to find the limits of stock internals?

can't help but wondering, how much longer it would have lived, over the various failures, if you would have started with built motor.

not to sound like a smartass, thats not how i intended that comment. it's a honest question i was wondering if you would offer a educated guess to.

for the failures you have had, would a built motor have lasted??

I don't think my build will be testing the limits. The failure I had would probably have happened with or without the built motor. As far as rods I think you need alot of boost and power to bend one

What ever erics tune is set at. I wouldn't mind trying higher rpms on the dyno to see how the rcd cam does

rods should actually be better with more rpm since you are taking torque out of it.

hard to say tho what happens to the cylinder pressure with the more rpm as timing has to change to make that happen
