Well, my drive pressure has dropped down to only 80 psi, and I got one whore of a stubborn truck in the mornings, so it was time to see what's all going on.

The injectors are going back to Jesse to be downsized to 100% nozzles instead of these 150's. I just cant stand the smoke anymore. Eric has pulled some fuel, which helped alot, but the cold starts and haze until warm is just too much for my liking.

Upon removing the hot pipe, I found that the wastegate flange was leaking on the outlet side, and a even bigger oops was just using high temp silicone on the secondary flanges on the BD Power pedistal.
Only reason there was no gaskets is because the place i ordered the gaskets from sent the wrong ones, and i had to have my truck back up and runninh right away.
Well...I forgot there were no gaskets in there until last night when none fell out once I had everything apart.

Ordered a new pedistal from BD Power, New flex joints, a T4 x .83 housing, T4 flanges, another 40mm gate, wrap, and some vband clamps.
Building divided T3 up pipes first, and later on I will try the T4 divided setup.

Injectors pulled, quick Brakleen, silicone injector tip protectors, ZipLocked, packed, stuffed, and ready to send to Jesse.

Pulled a glow plug out, and gonna get some new one too...just to cover all the bases.

I would have liked to have had it dynoed before I pulled everything off, and out, just to get a starting point of where it's at.
Would have been nice to see if there was any difference in going with the smaller nozzles too.
Wester's Garage is only 40 minutes away from me, but he isn't doing anything till next month when it warms up.

Can you still get the 1 piece units?

I know Matt Moroni said he had a connection to still get them...

I don't have a leak, I'm just trying to fix any issue that ever could happen this time around.

And I found a set of new, one piece stand pipes.

Think I will wait on the BPD ficm, so I can get a feel of what change fixed what.

Too many guys saying that the ficm is the cure for cancer...fixes everything from cold starts, rough idle, mileage increases, erectile dysfunction, and the common cold.

Damn...40mm gate, T4 housing, branch tubes, glow plugs, and all the bellows I ordered wont be in till next week, or later...

Tracking number says the injectors showed up on Monday at Warren Diesel.

All the expansion joints, glow plugs, branch tubes, are at the border waiting for pick up...T4-T3 adaptor plate is on-route, 40mm waste gate, and housing have not been shipped yet, and my secondary is torn down at Alamo Turbo in Calgary.

My secondary will be getting shipped to Jose to be made into a mean Mutha Phucka when I pick it up from Alamo...

All these GD Canadian companies that know nothing but how to charge out the ass for FA. I'm so sick and tired of it...

Every time I give them a chance, they just turn me around, and shove it up my ass dry as a popcorn fart..."Thanks for your support Ivan!":cursing:

Not much of anything I have bought for my truck has come from Canada lately... I would be broke flatter then piss on a platter if I had to buy my parts from my own country...It's sad really...but I sure as hell don't make enough to even try to buy locally anymore.
