Tracking number says the injectors showed up on Monday at Warren Diesel.

All the expansion joints, glow plugs, branch tubes, are at the border waiting for pick up...T4-T3 adaptor plate is on-route, 40mm waste gate, and housing have not been shipped yet, and my secondary is torn down at Alamo Turbo in Calgary.

My secondary will be getting shipped to Jose to be made into a mean Mutha Phucka when I pick it up from Alamo...

All these GD Canadian companies that know nothing but how to charge out the ass for FA. I'm so sick and tired of it...

Every time I give them a chance, they just turn me around, and shove it up my ass dry as a popcorn fart..."Thanks for your support Ivan!":cursing:

Not much of anything I have bought for my truck has come from Canada lately... I would be broke flatter then piss on a platter if I had to buy my parts from my own country...It's sad really...but I sure as hell don't make enough to even try to buy locally anymore.

That's good that you're getting movement on parts. Better than nothing. Every time I've been to CA for hockey, I noticed everything was more expensive than here In the states. It does suck that you can't buy anything domestically. I hope all the border transactions go smooth. Staying tuned.

Update:

-All new glow plugs in.
-New up pipes built, coated with high temp paint and Titanium wrap. (Wanted to see is they leaked before I have them coated inside and out.)
-All injectors back from Warren Diesel, and installed.
-JGS BOV installed and tested.
-New turbos cleaned, lubed, installed and lubed again before first start.

Started up, let idle for over 5 minutes to warm it up and checked for any leaks.

No leaks, so first drive was a go!:clapping:

Went really easy for the first few miles. Sounded good, so started to push the peddle a little more...boost came up enough to lift the BOV so I had to take it easy to get back home.:lookaround:

Set BOV up as required, and went for another drive. All went good.

Fast forward about 40 miles...went to fill up truck, and ran into a buddy at the station. He asked me to "Giver a little bit" when I left...
So not to disappoint him and his 'ol lady, I pulled out nice and slow...traffic light was just turning red, so I turned right to merge onto the highway...slowly accelerating...when I got to around 40 mph, I rolled it to the floor, and well...ch!t went sideways...I was drifting down the highway...never backed out of it, gear changes never slowed anything down so I just kept it going...:pimp:
BEST feeling ever! (Well...besides sex) :D
When I staightened out, I backed out of it, and the BOV went off perfectly.:jawdrop:

When I got to the next light, I just came to a stop like nothing happened...truck then decided to develope a miss.

Took it home and parked it.

Looked at it today and...
AE says #5 has a contribution fault. Cleared the code, but it just comes right back in again.:doh:
I can hear, and feel the miss, so I just shut it off, and went back inside the house...told my wife that I found the problem...but she said she already heard the problem. (The miss)LOL
Got the VISA out, and ordered a couple of new injectors.:fustrate:
Guess I know what I'll be doing once again when I get home from my next hitch at work.

How seriously have you considered burning it?

Well...now that its properly insured...:lookaround:

I know my wife wouldn't miss it in the least.

But...everyone has a hobby or a habit, good or bad.

I'd hate to have to start alllllllllllll over again.

And really...its just an injector solenoid...no big deal. At least it didn't try to weld the crank bearings together, and then to the crank like a couple year's ago. (That one sucked bad.)

Happy for you. Sounds sweet. BOV is one of my favorite mods.

Glad to hear it is running, just an injector isn't too bad. I really like your build, man. It is one of the the builds that inspired me to tackle my own.

I think we would all love to see a video of when the BOV opens. I can only imagine how sexy that sounds

How. Do you like the new turbos

They both seem to flow better, as the drive pressure and temps are down...but then changing from 150% to 100% nozzles may have alot to do with that...along with getting the gate set up correct.

I am still running the tune Eric sent with fuel pulled. (After I was given a thumbs up from a Cummins owner while going up a hill in town around 1300 rpm.) So now I gotta try and find the tune that did not have fuel pulled.

Need to get the GoPro setup so I can watch the gauges, and need to update my AE, as I'm running version 6.2.1 (Current version is 11) so I can datalog points of interest for Eric.

Are you running GTX's? I would love to run GTX chargers.
