Chasing Codes P132B and P0402

I am Chasing these two codes, Have cleaned MAF and checked all hose conections and cleared code, Then next EGR code will come up Pull out and clean EGR and reset code, then P132b will come up again. Truck has 162,000miles, Banks Airfilter (came with truck, I am second owner) I need some help with these trouble codes.

Make ire it has no exhaust leaks, boost leaks, map hose leak.

Checked for leaks, none found. Cleaned MAF with proper solvent, cleared code, About 80 miles later P132B came back, a DTC P1331. What next? Help!!

This evening Service Engine Light went out, Now no code, What's next????

How is the Vgt acting.

I can hear the turbo spool up, no power issues when I get on the pedal. No power issuse when I have the snowplow down pushing snow.
