Iirc SDP. Randall would know though.

It's not just the down pipe though, lots of other parts needed some massaging and a truck load of swear words to be installed.

Huh, SDP is the only DP that his fit my truck (manual tranny) that clears the bell housing and the firewall.
Edit: There now may be others, but at the time it was the only one and more recently I tried a different brand when I put in the WG and it was off quite a bit so I ended up going to back to the SDP and modifying it to accept the WG outlet.

Its ALIVE...for the 3rd time lol. Super happy with this setup...by far my favorite I have done. Trucks running great, no leaks. I have one odd noise, Ill post a video later to see if one of you guys can give some inside.

1/2 throttle pull, EGT 1100-1200, EBP is around 59 Boost was around 40 something. Definitely a decrease in power compared to the previous setup but man, Im in love with it. Super quiet!

I assume spool up is instant. I guess it will take a little while to get the tuning and gates dialed in. Glad to hear your happy with the setup.

Very nice. After all this work and you still have the factory oil fill/ccv? Need to get a billet MPD one. Do you wish you had kept the single or do you like this better? And its a billet 76 in front of factory HP correct? Again, nice job and I enjoy this thread!!

Of course! Jesse Byall hit the engine tune up perfect. Trans is getting there. He's thinking maybe a solenoid...fml.

I need to pick up a couple gauges to monitor ebp, fuel pressure at the regulator, and boost. Hate to do a 3 gauge pillar but I may have too.

Thanks. She staying lol. Unless MPD does a sale again. Cannot justify a $300 hunk of aluminum.

By far my favorite setup! The H&S single was great, best kit IMO, but this fits my style perfect.

Setup currently is a 75/59vgt with 60% nozzles.

High power Jr's are 76/59 factory appearing. So you have just about the same thing so maybe high powa jrLOL

IIRC doesn't there 59 have a modded turbine wheel? FWI I have a Rudy's 59.

I like that though lol

Those names come from Elite diesel's turbo setups, your RCD's have nothing in common with them so just call them RCD 75/59 lol

LAME lol. High Powa Jr sounds cooler.

Any plans to dyno it soon and go to the track?


Not really soon persay. Rudys falls on our busiest work weekend so I hope I can make it up there. Dyno it may see, track it may not. Maybe one day but not in a hurry.


Oh and the trans shifting has been resolved. Not sure what Jesse Byall did to fix it but it's shifting great! Now I need to get some GH tunes.

Finally received some updated gearhead tunes. This thing is a animal on the race tune! Videos soon. Need to get a suction cup gopro mount first. Hope to make it to Rudys.

Damn, i can't wait for mine to be done, does it break the tires loose at 50 if you nail it?

It does at 30 on dry asphalt. Kicking my self in the rear for putting new tires on lol. Thinking some 420's and another set of factory rims.
