My chevy had the whole side of the truck rePlace because my baby sister backed into it freiked out and hit the gas and went all the way down it. The truck had probly 5000 miles. Paid the body shop cash and it never went on its record.

My truck has been repainted as well, and there is no trace of the bodywork on carfax or anywhere else.

My roof has spiderweb looking rust bubbles under the paint I have never seen anything like it. I almost bet that your bed was resprayed somtime.

I had to have my chevie repainted at a door and blended
thanks to Me using Geico's prefered shop it looked like crap and the clear peeled a year later ,, but the liftime warranty got shoved up their ARSE and I made Geico have it fixed before I sold it ,,

I don't see many clear coat issues on fords ,, but remember there are a lot of aftermarket paint protection deals folks will sell and do a spray over ,, oh and My repair on my old truck will never show on any report ,,

My 06 Ford is looking good and I am pretty sure it was repaired to some extent

Got any pics of that? Do you have the cab lights? My doors rusting I can sort of understand since I drive in the salty snow a lot, but the fuggin cab lights? What a crappy spot for it to rust.

As far as I know they were, I bought the truck used from a Ford dealer with 14,700 miles on it, and everything else was 100% stone stock. I'd have to find the build sheet, but I can't imagine someone going through all that trouble and using stock amber lights on a 100% stock truck... My guess would be stock yeah.

Well the dealer tracked down the original owner of the truck. Truck has not been reprinted what so ever now my dealer is contacting ford! Just waiting so maby they'll fix it... But it's a long shot

Yeah, let me know how you make out. I know for a fact on mine the doors were repainted before I bought it, due to some mis-alignment on the doors. Not sure where on the doors were painted though, if they just did touch ups or the whole doors. I'm not happy about this.

I will let you all know... Even my buddy said its a long shot but it's worth the try... If they don't do anything then owell I'll fix it... If they fix great but I'm not holding my breath!
